By submitting discs through our buyback program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All trade-in values shown are estimates based on the information you provide.

Final store credit is issued after we receive and inspect your discs.

Discs must match the brand, plastic, and condition selected at submission.

Discs with excessive damage, warping, cracks, or undisclosed ink may receive adjusted credit or be rejected.

If a disc does not meet the selected condition, we will contact you before making any adjustments.

Trade-in discs must be shipped back using the provided return label within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise approved.

If a disc is rejected or a credit adjustment is proposed and you prefer to have the disc returned, we will send an invoice for the cost of return shipping.

Store credit is issued as non-transferable store credit and has no cash value.

We reserve the right to limit trade-in quantities or total credit per order.
Our goal is to make trading in your discs simple, fair, and transparent — most discs are approved as submitted.
