Perks and Re-creation is accepting applications for full-time and part-time sales associates to join our team at our new store location in Springdale, Arkansas. Store associates will work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide a pleasant in-store experience, as well as keep the store tidy and restocked throughout the shift. Previous retail experience is required.
The ideal sales associate is a disc golf enthusiast, works well on a team, is outgoing and positive, enjoys being customer facing, and has a passion for helping people.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service: Engaging with customers and creating the best possible experience for anyone who enters the store. Creating authentic connections and experiences with customers. Maintaining composure in difficult situations.
- Inventory/Product Handling: Taking counts on goods, consolidating stock to make room for incoming product, returning stock to the shelves, etc. Receiving incoming product.
- Housekeeping/Merchandising: Keeping the store fresh by rotating displays as well as keeping the store clean at all times.

- Previous retail experience

- Able to work well alone and on a team
- Ability to identify problems and quickly find solutions
